Foodness Fortified Rice is carefully formulated to provide essential vitamins and minerals for healthy living. This formula is in accordance with guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the UN World Food Program.

Making fortified rice

Natural Rice from the fields is harvested and sent to the Rice Mill. The rice is turned into Rice Flour.

Naturally occurring vitamins and minerals are mixed together with the Rice Flour.

Through a combination of water, steam, heat and pressure, the fortified Rice Flour mix is formed into Fortified Rice Kernels.

This is where Foodness Asia comes in. Foodness buys the Fortified Rice Kernels and mixes it with normal rice in a specified ratio to make ready-to-cook Foodness Fortified Rice. Quality checks are carried out to ensure a homogeneous mix.

Foodness Asia then repackages the product and distributes it.
